Festival information
Homestead Park
The park will still be open and available in all its usual ways. You won’t need any form of ticket to get in, you won’t be prevented from doing anything you usually do.
There will of course be a lot going on, and quite a few more people about, so it will be different to usual!
For this weekend, car parking space will be for those with access needs only, so please do not come by car unless it is essential. More information on travelling to the park on the festival weekend is here.
Tickets
The Homestead Park Festival is free for everyone. We want to reduce any barriers of attending so there is no need to sign up, register or have any sort of ticket. So just rock up whenever and however you feel like it!
Timings
Homestead Park Festival will open at 10am on Saturday 5th July and close at 8pm, before reopening at 10am on Sunday 6th July. The festival closes at 6pm on Sunday (with the park remaining open until 7.30pm).
You can come and go as many times as you like - pop in and out, or bring a blanket, camping chairs and stay all day, if you like.
Families
This is a family-friendly event where everyone is welcome. We will have play areas and activities for children of all ages.
There are baby-changing facilities in the toilet block by the main lawn.
You are welcome to breastfeed anywhere you like on site.
Please note that children remain the responsibility of carers at all times, however if you do get separated there is a lost person point at our information tent on the main lawn, where you will also find medics.
Welfare
There will be first aid provision on site at all times. If you require first aid please approach a member of staff who will be able to radio for a medic or go to the information tent on the main lawn.
Water is available from stand pipes around the site – this is drinking water but please don’t drink directly from the taps, please bring a water bottle with you.
Lost Property
Lost property will be handed into the information tent. Report anything missing there (and check there to see if items have been handed in).
Found property will be held by JRF for 28 days after the festival. If you have enquiries about missing property after the festival please contact homestead.park@jrf.org.uk.
